Ed Miliband has sought to reach out to former Lib Dem voters this weekend. I've visited two wards this weekend with Lib Dem Councillors and the loss of Lib Dem support is tangible.

In The Meadows, Labour prospective council candidate Nicola Heaton sought to persuade a voter on the basis of choices.

- The Conservatives chose to relieve tax on bankers whilst increasing VAT on everyone.-

- The Conservatives chose to reduce money for Police services whilst planning to spend £200m for elected Police officials.

You can go on.

- The Conservatives failed to meet their spending pledge on the NHS whilst imposing a £1 billion re-organisation.
