LET’S TACKLE ANTI-SOCIAL BEHAVIOUR TOGETHER!
For some time your Labour team has been working hard, with the police and community support officers, to ensure crime and Anti-Social behaviour is tackled effectively.
Table to be re-introduced ...
Your Labour Council has:-
· Introduced the Kerb Crawling Task Force
· Introduced 100 Community Wardens,
· Funded 4 Anti-Social Behaviour Teams,
· Crushed hundreds of mini-motos,
· Halved the number of dirty streets in Nottingham.
The Labour Government has introduced:-
· Parenting orders to help with unruly kids,
· Power to remove licenses from persistent kerb crawlers
· Powers to close crack houses,
· Powers to take houses away from persistently anti-social tenants.
We have listened to local residents and have asked them to tell us about anti-social behaviour hotspots. We have received many complaints and are working with the police to try and resolve them.
As your local Labour Team, it is important for us to listen to you and find out where the new Anti-Social Behaviour powers and initiatives are being successful and where they are not. Please help us to do this by completing the survey on the reverse of this letter. What is important is that we get your opinion on whether levels of anti-social behaviour have changed in your neighbourhood over the last 12 months.
Together we can keep on top of this issue and make this a better place to live.
