Traffic Calming for St.Ann's Wells Road

Leaflet published on 5th July, 1993, and distributed around The Wells Road in the following days. This was a controversial proposal cos the idea of being diverted into the oncoming traffic lane was pretty new. But 11 people had been killed in 13 years. The changes were introduced and as of August, 2020, I am unaware of any road fatalities since.
